My career spans more than a decade, and
encompasses stints at digital and traditional
agencies, design shops and in branded
entertainment. Most recently a VP, Creative
Director at Arnold, I brought a digital mindset
to integrated campaigns for clients such
as Carnival. Prior to that, I spent five years
on both sides of the Atlantic with AKQA,
working on a range of projects for clients
including Coca-Cola, Nike, Xbox, ESPN and
Johnnie Walker.

I've been lucky enough to have my work
honored by the One Show, the Clios, the
Webby Awards and others. I was part
of the team that produced Coca-Cola's
"Happiness Factory," which won a Cannes
Cyber Lion, and worked on the early online
hit, "Terry Tate, Office Linebacker."

Over the years, a few things have become
clear. Brands need to be both useful and
relevant to consumers. The 'line' that everyone
is either above or below is irrelevant. If you
don't have a story with a clear idea at its core,
you've failed. And if you haven't left room for
consumers to be part of that story, you've
missed a great opportunity.

When not working, I'm developing a graphic
novel and learning how to play the accordion.
Yes, the accordion.
