The launch of the Happiness Factory
spot gave people a glimpse of the world
inside Coca-Cola, but the experience
stopped there.
In order to keep them interested, we
decided that they might like to have a go
at any one of the interesting positions
available inside the Factory. So, we put
a help-wanted sign up and invited them
to apply, letting them experience the
world of the ad first-hand – literally.
The site itself allowed visitors to find
the Factory job for them, while a host
of above-and-below-the-line executions
mimicked a true recruiting campaign –
