It’s Your World, NYC

Personal agency (and Meta) makes anything possible

In an increasingly uncertain world, Meta builds technologies focused on people and their relationships, enabling connections that help them do more in their world, their way. With that in mind, Meta unveiled “It’s Your World,” their first-ever global brand positioning as a community-focused platform that encouraged participation and collaboration.

“It’s Your World” was introduced with the help of a worldwide ad campaign starring cultural figures like Coi Leray and KidSuper. For the New York press debut of Meta’s latest innovations — the Ray-Ban Meta glasses and the Meta Quest 3 mixed reality VR headset — we were tasked with identifying and partnering with local creators to put this empowering new ethos into action for themselves, and share the results with Meta’s followers as well as their own sizable social audiences, as part of their launch.

Working with Nigel Sylvester, Emma Rogue, Caleb Simpson, and Leiomy Maldonado, we equipped each with Meta’s newest devices and discussed potential use cases based on the content each was known best for. Then, we followed them around New York, watching as they put the Ray-Ban Meta glasses and the Meta Quest 3 headset into action. Whether live-streaming a bike ride through Manhattan or asking Instagram’s Head of Fashion Eva Chen for a tour of their New York offices, each showcased the endless possibilities of Meta technology and the impact it could have on their respective worlds.
